The event was an full afternoon of guest speakers, presentations and more than 20 display tables overseen by respected health care suppliers who provided information on their services. Osteoporosis is a disease that affects our bones, weakening them and making them more likely to break. With the combination of exercise and eating right along with proper medication, we can go a long way in managing osteoporosis.
