Featured Success Story OMNI is a Long-Term Care organization dedicated to improving osteoporosis care and reducing fractures. They have created an Osteoporosis Screening Tool and developed a policy on the Strategy as well as a policy on the Use of Hip Protectors to prevent fractures and transfers to hospital emergency rooms.
